Nicole McKenna is the Director of My Father's House Childcare and Learning Center. Providing quality childcare services for more than 17 years, she has an entrepreneurial spirit that is deep seated.  Nicole has a great love of children, especially her son and daughter.  She wants to be an advocate for families and children and started this ministry as a way to fulfill that mission.  She see's My Father's House Child Care as the first step in the path to helping families grow in their love for each other and God.

She ensures that the staff is motivated and inspired to give their all serving the children and families of the center.  Always open to the suggestions and input of families, Nicole continually strives to exceed expectations and encourage growth.
